WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
*Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days, and delivery times vary depending on carrier, method of shipping and the delivery location. Tracking info will be emailed to you so you can track your order as soon as it has shipped as long as an email has been submitted with your order.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Gracie Bell Boutique is not responsible for any delays in shipping once your package has been received by the shipping carrier. Once orders are fulfilled and turned over to postal carriers, those postal carriers are liable to deliver packages in the time frame listed. If orders are delayed by a mail carrier, Gracie Bell Boutique is not liable to refund any expedited shipping fees paid.
*Gracie Bell Boutique is not responsible for items shipped to the incorrect given address.
*Any order refused at delivery and sent back to Gracie Bell Boutique will not be refunded for shipping costs.
*Original shipping fees are non refundable.
*Any shipping insurance claims for missing or lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, from what the order tracking information lists.
*Missing packages must be reported within 30 days of package delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Gracie Bell Boutique does not cover any duties, taxes or custom fees. Customers will be liable for any shipping or additional fees that may arise.
*International packages that are returned to Gracie Bell Boutique will be issued a refund minus the original shipping costs in accordance with our Return and refund Policy. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
