Refund policy
We understand when things don't works out a planned, it's ok to return your items for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of delivery with the following conditions:
*Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to GB_Boutique@CocoJoey.com. Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will be eligible for shop credit only. Orders returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund. Anything returned past 30 days are no longer eligible for return.
*Make sure all items are in NEW condition. Unworn, unwashed and unused with tags attached in original packaging. Items must be fragrance free, neatly folded, no marks of any kind, or pet hair. Item must be free of any odors from atmosphere such as cigarette smoke, food odors, etc.
*Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box & placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damages to shoe boxes may make them ineligible for return.
*Swimwear can be returned in the 15 day period, with all sanitary liners and tagged attached. Must be clean and in new condition. No deodorant or makeup marks.
*Any items not eligible for return for any of the reasons listed above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
To initiate your return, email GB_Boutique@CocoJoey.com. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive an email with a shipping label and instructions. Shipping label prices will vary based on the weight and size of the items you are returning.
Make sure all items are in NEW condition, unworn with tags attached in original packaging, and fragrance free. No marks of any kind. (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.)
Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your package as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Once returned, your item will be processed within 7 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition you will receive a refund in the original form of payment and /or store credit. Returned items that aren't eligible for refunds will be returned to customer at their cost. We don't like to penalize our customers with a restocking fee, however Returns over $350 will be charged a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted off the return amount.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
- Accessories (including jewelry, bags, etc, as listed in their product descriptions)
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" in the title of the item
- Personalized items with the exception of manufacturer defect or error
- makeup, perfumes, or any other consumable product that has been opened with the exception of a manufacturer defect.
